EMAHSN launch PPI bursaries at Inclusive Involvement Conference

Jo Bartram, Centre Administrator, joined 150 people from around the East Midlands attended East Midlands Academic Health Science Network’s public and patient Inclusive Involvement Conference in February, which was chaired by Yvonne Coghill (OBE), Director of Workforce Race Equality Standard Implementation at NHS England

The event was based on a series of masterclasses and workshops to share best practice about engaging different communities including Roma, Black, Asian and minority ethnic, LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) communities, children, young people and young carers.
