Prof Mark Batt presents at the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians conference
Prof Mark Batt, Centre Director, was invited to speak at the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians conference in February 2017 at Surfers Paradise Hotel, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
The conference was a unique opportunity for the Global Sport and Exercise Medicine community; Sport and Exercise Physicians, Sports Doctors, General Practitioners, Registrars, Medical Students and other specialties to meet face to face.
On Friday 10 February, Prof Batt delivered a keynote speech entitled ‘Sport and Osteoarthritis: Is there a link?’ The session abstract is below:

Prof Batt also co-chaired two workshops, alongside Dr Tim Wood, Chief Medical Officer to Tennis Australia and the Australian Open, around Tennis Medicine.
